As a Billing / Administrative Clerk, you will also assist in maintaining our financial records, processing payments, and addressing any billing inquiries from clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial health by maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth transactions. Additionally, you may be tasked with other administrative duties that contribute to the overall efficiency of the office. Responsibilities
- Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Assist with the tracking of payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and account status.
- Process payments and manage accounts receivable data.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Proven experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in office software, particularly Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of basic financial and bookkeeping principles.
