Billing Assistant (Hybrid/Flexible work hours)DR SolicitorsAbout the RoleDR Solicitors DR Solicitors | Leading GP & Dentist Lawyers | England & Wales is seeking a highly organised and detail focused Billing Assistant to support our finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely billing and excellent client service.The ideal candidate will have experience in a finance or billing environment—preferably within professional services—and will be confident managing invoices, credit notes, client accounts, and billing related queries.We are particularly keen to hear from candidates based in the North West, with the flexibility to work from home some days of the week.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and raise invoices in line with firm procedures and deadlines.Process credit notes, ensuring appropriate authorisation and accurate adjustments.Prepare and maintain client statements of account, ensuring information is current and correct.Monitor and respond to client billing queries, providing clear, professional, and timely responses.Work collaboratively with the finance team, fee earners and Cashroom (Third-party Legal Cashier) to ensure accurate billing information.Assist with general billing administration as required.Provide Credit Control supportRevenue Controllership and WIP Management support
