The responsibilities for the Billing Specialist position will include but will not be limited to
- Assisting with Billing and AR duties
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Follow up and solve AR discrepancies
- Assist with updating aging reports
- Ad hoc accounting tasks when needed
- 2+ years of experience of AR or Billing experience
- Must have prior working QuickBooks experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus! (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
