Position: Billing Supervisor

Department: Operations & Business Center

Shift: Individual schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business needs/hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm. 

Salary Range: $61,984.00 to $80,932.80 (annually). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements). 

Benefits: CCMH provides a generous comprehensive benefits program to employees and family members, including qualified domestic partners.

  • Generous Paid Time Off Package. (Full-time employees can earn 22 days of vacation, 9 days of sick time by the end of the first year). Accrual increases with length of service.
  • CCMH recognizes 11 holidays plus a Floater Holiday
  • Medical and Dental Coverage (begins 1st of the month following hire date)
  • VSP Vision Coverage (begins 1st of the month following hire date)

Position Requirements: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Requires 3–5 years of behavioral health or medical billing experience (including Medicaid PPS or CCBHC billing), with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a high-volume billing environment. Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) is preferred.

Summary: The Billing Supervisor ensures accurate, timely, and compliant revenue cycle management in a CCBHC and CMHP clinic setting. Responsible for CCMH’s billing infrastructure and revenue cycle analytics, the role demands precision in the design, development, and configuration of the EHR billing system to maximize revenue outcomes. Analyzes and resolves revenue cycle challenges, serving as the primary billing resource for all agency staff.
