Provides technical experience needed to assist in studying the basic principles of plant and animal life

- Adopt, optimize, and schedule binding (e.g., PK, immunogenicity, ADA) and neutralization assays in manual formats and automatedliquid handling systems such as the Biomek i7 and Integra ViaFlo. 1

- Work collaboratively with team members and collaborators to complete all tasks for the day, but also be accountable as an individualfor personal tasks.

- Work with dry ice, freezers, and liquid nitrogen tanks to store clinical samples, and perform clinical testing in a BSL-2 environmentwhile always wearing appropriate PPE.

Assists with performing basic laboratory experiments and procedures

- Contribute to new SOP and method creation as well as platform and process improvements. 2

- Uphold rapid turn-around times of specimen samples by effectively managing resources while maintaining high standards of accuracyand documentation. 3

Prepares, organizes and maintains various lab samples, supplies, and equipment - Schedule, document, and maintain cell lines for assays.

- Utilize various laboratory equipment such as Biological Safety Cabinet (BSC), centrifuge, pipettes, liquid nitrogen tank, and others.

- Follow GCLP guidelines and maintain records for tests performed. 4

Learns new laboratory techniques and procedures

- Follow approved SOPs to complete testing of samples in an organized, aseptic, high-throughput manner. 5
