Job Title: Biomedical Equipment Technician & Installer

We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Equipment Technician and Installer to join our team. This role involves receiving, inspecting, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical-grade equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with healthcare industry standards. Comprehensive product training will be provided; however, a biomedical background is strongly preferred.

• Receive, uncrate, check-in, and inspect medical-grade equipment upon delivery

• Install, maintain, and repair surgical tables, surgical lights, surgical booms, and SPD equipment

• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs

• Ensure compliance with healthcare safety regulations and industry standards

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and facility teams during installations

• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with internal teams

• Certification or training from an accredited technical school (Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred)

• 2 3 years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance and installation

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience with electrical and HVAC systems is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Prior healthcare or laboratory experience is beneficial but not required
