Job Description:
Responsible for supporting and optimizing blow molding manufacturing processes, including pre-production sampling, quality control, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products meet customer specifications and approved processes.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Respond promptly to address customer needs and production issues.
- Maintain detailed technical logs and document process improvement efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molding processes, robotics, and secondary equipment.
- Optimize cycle times and enhance performance of presses, tools, operators, and materials.
- Perform start-ups, sampling, and process optimization for new molds.
- Assist with mold and color changes as well as perform machine safety checks.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure product stability and consistency.
- Measure, analyze, and evaluate process outputs and capabilities for improvements.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to strengthen their technical skills.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and cleanliness within the workplace.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an advanced technical degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining continuous extrusion shuttle blow molding machines, such as Fischer and Bekum models.
- Strong background in the repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
