Job Overview
As a Blue Yonder Technical Analyst you will support large‑scale supply‑chain transformations in complex enterprise environments. You will build and configure integrated Blue Yonder (BY) WMS solutions throughout the full lifecycle of implementation, design interfaces, and work with global technical teams to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle implementations of BY WMS, including configuration, process design, and custom functionality.
Design and build interfaces between BY WMS and client enterprise applications or BY applications.
Develop extensions for BY WMS using MOCA and create custom labels, reports, and device integrations.
Support all phases of testing—unit, integration, end‑to‑end, performance, device, user acceptance, and smoke—and perform root‑cause analysis.
Maintain technical design documentation and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborate with global teams, manage time differences, and foster client relationships.
Must‑Have Qualifications
Proven experience leading multiple BY WMS full‑cycle implementations.
Deep configuration and process knowledge of BY SWMS.
Expert knowledge of BY SWMS tables, database structure, and SQL (including PL/SQL).
Experience with Oracle and Snowflake databases.
Expertise building BY WMS extensions using MOCA.
Experience creating custom WMS labels and reports.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux, Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments.
Understanding of warehouse operations, integration points, and data‑mapping activities.
Ability to set up and manage batches and support testing cycles.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with AI and WMS solution implementation.
Commitment to continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with BY’s cognitive applications.
Experience with BY Connect, DMS or PDC.
Experience with other warehouse‑management tools such as Manhattan Associates, Korber, Oracle, SAP or Infor.
Hands‑on work with AI platforms (Claude, Open AI Codex, Palantir, Databricks, Dataiku, Microsoft Fabric).
Knowledge of consumer products, manufacturing, life sciences or automotive industries.
Product‑support role experience.
Compensation
Base salary range: $67,500 – $127,510 (subject to change).
