Our mission is changing children's lives, one child at a time!   Salary and Benefits: Competitive Salary Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Paid Legal Holidays PTO Focus on flexibility and independence with scheduling Opportunities for leadership and program development   Responsibilities:- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis Experience:- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans- Experience in data collection and analysis for monitoring progress and making treatment decisions- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week   Benefits:   401(k) 401(k) matching Continuing education credits Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Vision insurance   Compensation Package:   Signing bonus   Schedule:   Choose your own hours   Work Location: In person   BCBAC1
