We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team in Crestwood, IL. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services while being supported by dedicated RBTs and administrative staff so you can focus on clinical care.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a clinic-based caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Monitor progress and adjust programs based on data
- Complete reports and reauthorizations
- Collaborate with families and team members
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel between nearby locations (if applicable)
- Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Work Location: In person, remote eligible.
Compensation: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour (based on experience); Full-time equivalent $90,000–$120,000
