  • Design and Monitor Client Programming tailored to each child’s needs, using tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and functional behavior assessments.
  • Lead Parent Collaboration and Training sessions to empower caregivers and promote generalization of skills outside of direct therapy.

  • Contribute to Clinical Team Development through direct training and performance feedback, and collaborate with clinical leadership on staffing decisions, including hiring, retention, and advancement.
  • Participate in Client Onboarding by leading intake activities, including parent interviews, direct behavioral observations, and administration of behavioral and adaptive assessments to inform initial treatment planning.
  • Use Digital Systems for documentation, data collection, and billing compliance.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed or license-eligible as a LABA in Massachusetts
  • At least 1 year of hands-on ABA experience delivering meaningful outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you’re confident working with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Solid understanding of ABA assessments and evaluations, including tools like VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and functional assessments
  • Proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Comfortable using digital platforms, including electronic data collection systems, word processing tools, and spreadsheets
