Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Apply
Temporary Full-time BCBA(Temporary position to cover maternity leave (3 months) with potential part-time hours available once the leave is finished)Bonus Available!! 1,000 per client on caseload in addition to costs associated with housing, and traveling covered by Regency ABA!!!BCBA Description: -Hybrid (preferred) or remote (BCBA must live in GA or 50 miles to the border) -Competitive pay and benefits with a weekly pay schedule -Continued training and support -Supervise Behavioral Technicians via telehealth or in- person based on standards set forth by the BCAB and state insurance requirements. -Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports -Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans as well as behavior management protocol for children -Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA -Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted -Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progressBCBA Qualifications -Current Board Certification Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification through the BACB -Maintain CEU requirements and BCBA credential with the BACB -Training and clinical experience in providing applied behavior analysis to children and families -Analytical skills necessary in order to synthesize a variety of clinical and social data to determine treatment plan and monitor effectiveness of treatment programs -Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills -Knowledge of Greg Hanley's methods and holistic ABA practices a plus
