At Jade Behavioral Consultants, we support children and adolescents with autism and related disorders in residential home settings. Our mission is to build independence, meaningful life skills, and long-term success through compassionate, evidence-based ABA.
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a real-life impact in a structured residential environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Residential BCBA, you will:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
- Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans and skill acquisition programming
- Embed programming into daily living routines within the home environment
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and residential staff across shifts
- Offer proactive crisis support and behavior reduction strategies
- Monitor data trends, adjust programming, and ensure measurable clinical progress
- Collaborate closely with clinical psychologists, nurses, administrators, and fellow BCBAs to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.
Each BCBA is assigned to one residential home, allowing for a focused caseload and deeper clinical involvement with clients and staff.

What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of BCBA experience (residential experience preferred)
- Strong skills in DTT, NET/NATS, and functional communication training
- Experience supervising staff and managing behavior in dynamic settings
