We are a passionate, innovative, and growing organization that delivers strategic, ethical, and compassionate care across the state of New Jersey.

If you are a talented BCBA looking for a career where your expertise is valued, your schedule is flexible, and your work truly matters, then join us and help us create socially significant change in the lives of our clients and their families.

The Opportunity: BCBA

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavioral support plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other behavioral, social, and communication challenges.

This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to apply innovative ABA techniques to design meaningful environmental modifications, unlock a client’s full potential, and celebrate every milestone along the way.

Key Responsibilities You'll Own:

  • Behavior Analytics: Plan, develop, and oversee all aspects of individual treatment plans, ensuring the highest standards of ethical and effective ABA intervention.

  • Assessment & Design: Conduct comprehensive, systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, to inform the creation of targeted, cutting-edge skill acquisition and intervention programs.

  • Empowering Change: Utilize the full spectrum of applied behavior analysis principles to teach crucial new skills, including social interactions, self-control, maintenance of behaviors, and generalization across diverse settings.

  • Supervision & Mentorship: Function as a dedicated supervisor, providing hands-on oversight and expert training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other field staff to ensure program integrity and professional development.

  • Collaborative Partnership: Facilitate supportive and informative family conversations, guiding them through assessment results, clinical recommendations, and next steps in their child’s journey.

  • Compliance & Quality: Review and sign off on all behavior/treatment plans, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to all regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Credentials: Current BCBA certification and license in the state of New Jersey (or ability to obtain before starting).

  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Expertise: Demonstrated clinical competence and experience applying ABA principles, especially with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • Assessment Acumen: Familiarity with and the ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.

  • Core Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment, strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and organizational abilities.

  • *Preferred:1 year of professional BCBA in home experience is a bonus, but we encourage highly-qualified new BCBAs to apply!

  • Immediate Flexibility: Choose from Part-Time or Full-Time positions tailored to fit your professional goals and life demands.

  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy Flexible Hours with the option to afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

  • Top-Tier Compensation: We offer a highly Competitive Salary commensurate with your experience and expertise.

  • Streamlined Technology: Work smarter, not harder, with access to our advanced web-based data collection site, allowing you to focus on clinical outcomes, not paperwork.

  • A Culture of Growth: Join an organization committed to ethical practice, clinical excellence, and innovation in the field of ABA.
