As a BCBA, you will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the functional relationships between behaviors and their environments. Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Develop and troubleshoot acquisition programs and consequence based strategies
- Observe, record, and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide training and support to families and staff on behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of Behavior Analysis.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting with individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Strong understanding of behavioral analysis principles and practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with data collection and analysis methodologies.
