Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Develop and troubleshoot acquisition programs and consequence based strategies
• Observe, record, and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
• Provide training and support to families and staff on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of Behavior Analysis.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting with individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Strong understanding of behavioral analysis principles and practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with data collection and analysis methodologies.
