As a BCBA, you will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the functional relationships between behaviors and their environments. You will develop targeted treatment plans that are not only individualized but also data-driven, ensuring that each client receives the most effective intervention possible.   • Provide training and support to families and staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of Behavior Analysis.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting with individuals with behavioral challenges.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral analysis principles and practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with data collection and analysis methodologies.
