  • Earn crisis management certification under the Marcus Crisis Prevention Program (MCPP).
  • Foster an environment of safety, security and HRE in clinical services.
  • Deliver an engaging parent training program that drives lifelong outcomes.
  • Integrate the latest research of ABA programs for young children.
  • Advocate for the importance of early intervention and research-based practices.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a clinical setting.
  • Expertise in the development, implementation and oversight of comprehensive programming for children diagnosed with ASD.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm in promoting the principles of ABA to caregivers and staff.
  • A passion for developing communication skills in early learners.
  • Experience with implementing strategies for maladaptive behavior.
  • Understanding of Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Discrete Trail Teaching (DTT).
  • A humble, collaborative and solution-based approach to problem-solving.
  • Love of learning and a proactive approach to integrating evidence-based techniques.
  • Confidence, personal humility, and a demonstrated history of teamwork.

  • Level 1: Base Salary: $80K–$90K // Total Potential Earnings: $98K–$108K
  • Level 2: Base Salary: $85K–$96K // Total Potential Earnings: $103K–$120K
  • Level 3: Base Salary: $92K–$108K // Total Potential Earnings: $110K–$126K

Salary is determined by experience and caseload responsibilities.
