$5,000 - Sign on bonus:

Eligible to BCBAs in H&CS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.

Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.

RATE:

  • $85 per hour - Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA - must have active BSL

SUMMARY:

The Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract position and a member of an interdisciplinary clinical team:

  • BCBAs needs throughout Delaware County, PA!
  • BCBAs may work during school, after-school, or evening hours depending on County program needs.
  • Flexible scheduling for work/life balance!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write and monitor individual treatment plans for children diagnosed with behavioral and mental health disorders. These disorders include, but are not limited to: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).
  • Provide assistance in the development of adaptive skills in order for the diagnosed child to take a more positive role in the school, home & community setting.
  • Provide prescribed behavioral consultation to the family and / or school.
  • Train the Behavior Health Technician (BHT) on appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Write Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA).
  • Cases are typically authorized 2- 3 hours per week for each client's family based on medical necessity, and can build a caseload of multiple clients.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active
  • Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD

CREDENTIALS:

(Clearances current within 12 months)

  • BCBA (active)
  • PA Behavior Specialist License (active)
  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • FBI Department of Human Service background clearance - Service code: 1KG738
  • TB screening - current within 3 months
  • Professional Liability Insurance

*Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
