This full-time position offers a strong in-clinic presence along with the flexibility of one remote workday each week—giving you the balance and support you deserve.

About Us

At Treetop ABA, we specialize in providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with developmental needs. Our mission is to deliver services that are evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and tailored to each child’s unique strengths and challenges.

We believe in a person-centered approach—one that partners with families and supports meaningful progress. Our in-clinic model offers a safe, structured, and engaging environment for learning and growth. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for clinicians who are equally committed to making a lasting difference.

Position Overview

This full-time BCBA/LBA role is based primarily in our clinic, with the added flexibility of one remote day per week. You’ll work directly with clients and their families, lead treatment planning, oversee clinical teams, and ensure high standards of care are met through collaboration, supervision, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and analyze client progress using data
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and team members
  • Partner with families to ensure cohesive and consistent care
  • Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation
  • Stay informed on current ABA practices, research, and techniques

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active BCBA and/or LBA certification (required)
  • Experience designing and managing ABA programs
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Experience with diverse client populations is a plus

  • Clear career advancement opportunities and leadership pathways
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
