The BCBA will serve the Specialized Needs Unit by supporting the behavioral team in development of behavior plans, behavioral analysis of selected target behaviors, education of staff in plan procedures, and supporting the family/caregiver behavioral training program. Responsible for the integrity of all behavioral data needed for patient care.

The primary focus is enhancing the delivery of effective and measurable behavioral treatment to patients and maintaining and improving clinical data feedback loops between direct care staff and the clinical staff. Secondary focus is generalization of behavioral treatment to families and other caregivers. Data collection forms, procedures, monitoring and analysis are the sole responsibility of this position, with appropriate back up personnel for scheduled absences. The position may delegate certain data entry functions as needed, but remains responsible for the integrity of all program behavioral data. The position has no personnel management responsibilities.

We are looking for full-time, part-time and per-diem employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required
  • Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Analyst required.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in the provision of behavioral analysis and behavior analytic treatment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and organizational skills for the development and delivery of training programs
  • Must have experience with coordinating and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Teaching and training skills are required
