About the Role
We have an exciting Boston Public Schools (BPS) partnership providing in-school and home-based ABA services in East Boston for students who need extra support outside the classroom. This role is ideal for a BCBA who loves flexibility and meaningful work-without the stress of billable hours or heavy administrative tasks.

Part-Time, Hourly (in-person)
$75-$85/hour
Year-Round Position
No Billables, No Assessments
No Work on School Holidays or Snow Days

Sessions occur during and after school hours, but you build your schedule! Services needed in East Boston area.

What You'll Do

• Provide ABA services in-home for BPS students needing supplemental or non-traditional support
• Collaborate with school teams and families for seamless care
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians as needed
• Focus on quality care-not paperwork stress

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required)

• Massachusetts LBA license (required)
• Experience working in home or school-based settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
