Position Summary
We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our values and excitement for making a real difference. In this full-time, in-person role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with clients both in our welcoming clinic and in their homes throughout the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other providers to support client success across environments.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and funding source requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain LBA.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to in-home clients.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities (preferred).
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Must be available for in-person sessions (no remote/hybrid)
- Flexible hours based on client needs, including some early evenings if necessary
