Position Summary

We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our values and excitement for making a real difference. In this full-time, in-person role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with clients both in our welcoming clinic and in their homes throughout the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other providers to support client success across environments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and funding source requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain LBA.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to in-home clients.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities (preferred).


Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • Must be available for in-person sessions (no remote/hybrid)
  • Flexible hours based on client needs, including some early evenings if necessary
