Position Overview:

As a BCBA at A and J Behavioral Health, you will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our clients and their families. You will have the opportunity to design and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in related field/ ABA
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Dedication to improving the lives of clients and their families.
