Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for providing individualized, research-based services while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, hands-on program development, and leadership within our center and in-home settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule: Work in-center Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; once per week, supervise in-home clients from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM.
  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions) to evaluate client needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized, research-based client programs.
  • Monitor and analyze client progress; make program updates as needed.
  • Conduct weekly parent training meetings and provide regular progress updates.
  • Supervise interns and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in-center and in-home.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training.
  • Handle insurance correspondence, including pre-authorization requests.
  • Oversee safety management protocols and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Participate in cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized facility.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Certification: Must hold BACB Certification.
  • CPR/BLS Certification: Company-paid certification required.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active as needed.
Reporting Structure:
  • Reports to the CEO.
  • Reports to the Regional Director.
  • Reports to the Clinical Director.
