We are currently expanding and seeking passionate BCBAs who are looking for flexible, part-time, or supplemental income opportunities in a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is a hybrid BCBA role combining in-clinic support with telehealth supervision. This position is ideal for BCBAs seeking flexible scheduling, reduced burnout, or additional hours alongside an existing role.

• Provide clinical supervision of ABA therapy programs (in-person and via telehealth)
• Oversee and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Conduct assessments (FBAs, skill-based assessments as needed)
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide parent training and guidance
• Ensure clinical quality and compliance with payer requirements

• Active BCBA certification (required)
