We are looking for a BCBA to join our team as we expand our services

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and design treatment plans; review and update on a regular basis
  • Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
  • Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients’ homes or community settings
  • Complete documentation and provide necessary information to support insurance requirements
  • Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
  • Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualized goals into the family’s daily routines providing parent training
  • Maintain positive communication with parents

Requirements

  • Calm, empathic, and patient nature
  • Excellent verbal and report writing skills
  • Communicative & collaborative.
  • The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practice in all situations
  • Proven work experience as a BCBA
  • Relevant training and certifications as a BCBA
  • Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
  • Committed to Compassionate Care!
