Illuminating Steps, LLC seeks a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing to join our team of professionals committed to providing high-quality behavioral services. The BCBA will be responsible for:
- School Consultation, experience preferred
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other service providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and data collection.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, policies, and applicable regulations.
- Compensation for 15-20+ hours per week with the ability to increase.
- Bilingual candidates a plus
