Our IB Level Group Home focuses on creating a structured, compassionate environment that promotes independence, safety, and personal growth for every resident.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. The BCBA will oversee behavioral programming, conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and provide training and support to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Monitor and analyze data to ensure interventions are effective and evidence based.
  • Train and supervise staff on the implementation of behavioral strategies and data collection.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including program directors, families, and case managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations, Medicaid, and agency policies.
  • Provide ongoing clinical support and participate in monthly team meetings and case reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
  • Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience working in a group home or residential setting (preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Schedule:

  • Part-Time (flexible scheduling available)
  • Approximately 12–15 hours per week

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications
  • Opportunity for growth and additional hours as the program expands
