Bright Behavior Therapy is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Implement and oversee the delivery of evidence-based ABA therapy programs.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and other staff members.
  • Regularly assess and monitor client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and provide support in training and program development.

Qualifications:

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
  • Strong clinical expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior management techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator within a team.
  • Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
