Coastal Kids Autism Treatment Center, PLLC is a specialized Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) clinic, dedicated to providing high-quality early intervention services for young children with autism. We employ play-based, child-led, and evidence-based approaches to foster communication, social engagement, and the development of functional skills. We believe in the autonomy of our clients and are a hands-free clinic. We are a family-owned and operated company with a combined experience of over 30 years in the helping field. 

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BCBA with a passion for early intervention to join our team and make a meaningful impact on young learners and their families.


Responsibilities 

  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, VINELAND, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans for early learners.
  •  Implement Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) strategies to foster motivation, communication, and social engagement.
  •  Provide parent training to support skill generalization at home.
  •  Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity in therapy sessions.
  •  Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  •  Stay up-to-date with best practices in early intervention and PRT.

Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Board Certified Behavioral Analyst- BCBA 
  • Previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (preferred) 
  • Able to supervise BCBA interns (must be a BCBA for a year) 
  • Experience in early intervention or a willingness to learn PRT and be trained in PRT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
