Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BCBA with a passion for early intervention to join our team and make a meaningful impact on young learners and their families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, VINELAND, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans for early learners.
- Implement Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) strategies to foster motivation, communication, and social engagement.
- Provide parent training to support skill generalization at home.
- Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity in therapy sessions.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in early intervention and PRT.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Board Certified Behavioral Analyst- BCBA
- Previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (preferred)
- Able to supervise BCBA interns (must be a BCBA for a year)
- Experience in early intervention or a willingness to learn PRT and be trained in PRT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
