Organization: a brand new and growing ABA clinic

Job Type: Full-Time

Onsite 5 days a week

Position Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavioral Health Analyst to assess, support, and implement behavior intervention strategies for children on the autism spectrum. This role is responsible for developing behavioral programs, supporting families, collaborating with therapy teams, and ensuring that every child receives personalized, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Implement evidence-based strategies to support communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living skills

  • Provide direct 1:1 or small group behavioral support to children

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and reporting

  • Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, and families to ensure continuity of care

  • Coach parents and caregivers on effective behavioral strategies for home and community settings

  • Monitor and adjust treatment programs based on progress and data analysis

  • Ensure safety, compassion, and sensitivity in all interactions

  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education sessions

Qualifications
  • Board Certification in a Behavioral Health

  • Experience working with autistic children or individuals with developmental differences is a plus

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, trauma-informed care, or other behavioral therapy models

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

  • Patient, empathetic, and committed to neurodiversity-affirming practices

  • Ability to pass required background checks and maintain professional licensure

Preferred
  • 2+ years clinical or educational experience in pediatric behavioral health

  • Experience working in a therapeutic, clinical, or school setting

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
