Job description
The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Manage payroll and commission calculations for staff.
- Track and manage inventory levels for equipment and supplies.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping for accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
- Potentially handle ServiceTitan CRM for better tracking of jobs and technician time, a huge plus if you have prior experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and other Microsoft or Google products.
- Previous experience in inventory management.
- Home service industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Must bring positive energy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with management
