Our company is currently seeking ​a part time bookkeeper to join our team! We have about 15-20 hours a week of work. We are flexible with the hours in our office (El Dorado Hills). Whether it is two full days a week or a couple shorter shifts throughout the week. We want someone with experience in accrual accounting and GAAP.  


You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Issue purchase orders and reconcile.
  • Invoice customers and reconcile payments.  
  • Reconcile transactions in QBO (accrual accounting).
  • Upload DIR prevailing wage reports.  
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties. 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP.
  • Experience with accrual accounting.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience with MS Office including Excel.  
  • Experience with Zoho inventory is a plus but not mandatory.  
  • Experience with DIR is a plus but not mandatory.  
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.  
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Deadline and detail oriented.
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
