Onsite Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will be well-organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and other finance-related tasks. They should be excellent at recording data and able to produce clear financial reports. Must have Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience with Quick Books Online.
- Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and other Microsoft or Google products.
- Previous experience in inventory management.
- Home service industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Must bring positive energy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with management Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Quick Books Online
- Manage payroll and commission calculations for staff.
- Track and manage inventory levels for equipment and supplies.
- Could you make sure that the account accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance is accurate?
- Potentially handle Service Titan CRM for better tracking of jobs and technician time, a huge plus if you have prior experience.
