We are seeking a self‑motivated, responsible, and detail‑oriented Full‑Charge Bookkeeper to join our fast‑growing firm. We provide comprehensive bookkeeping, payroll, and QuickBooks training services to a wide variety of clients, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a client‑focused, service‑oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform monthly bookkeeping and account reconciliations for multiple clients
- Process payroll for clients with varying schedules
- Prepare quarterly payroll tax filings across multiple states
- Complete year‑end closing processes for assigned clients
- Assist in building tax workpapers for client engagements

What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, double‑entry accounting, general bookkeeping processes)
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience
- Accounting degree or certificate preferred
- Solid understanding of payroll law and willingness to keep up with changing regulations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to problem‑solve and work independently
- Strong attention to detail; ability to verify own work and follow internal controls
- Professional communication skills with clients
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other staff bookkeepers
- Willingness to work overtime during deadline‑driven periods
