Bookkeeper - Longwood, FL

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Bookkeeper to join a growing, team-focused organization in Central Florida. In this role, you will manage project-level cost tracking, customer invoicing through multiple billing portals, accounts payable processing, bank and credit card reconciliations, and accurate recording of customer payments. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support financial accuracy and play a key role in improving processes as systems evolve.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small or growing company
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience
• Experience with customer billing portals such as Textura, Procore, Coupa, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of debits, credits, and financial statement impact
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Construction accounting experience is a plus
