Anna Parson at Robert Half is working with a Manufacturing client seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with hands-on ERP systems experience to join their dynamic Bookkeeping team.

As the Bookkeeper, you will:

• Manage the full-cycle month-end close process, including preparing entries and reconciliations, and supporting internal and external reporting.
• Process full cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Oversee sales tax returns
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze internal financial reports for management and contribute innovative ideas to improve financial operations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.

• Proficiency in ERP accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Experience with bank reconciliations and journal entries.

• Familiarity with preparing and filing sales tax returns.

• Ability to produce accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
