Job description

The ideal candidate will be well-organized and comfortable dealing with financial data in a team environment for a cigar manufacturer and distributor. They should be excellent in data entry and analysis. 

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable and data entry
• Daily and monthly reconciliation of company bank accounts
• Invoice processing and payment entry
• Work closely with the controller and the shipping department

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with proven proficiency in Excel.
• SAGE 300 Experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Spanish and English speaking
