Our expertise includes receiving, inspection, inventory management, storage, delivery, and project installations. We offer comprehensive solutions for Interior Designers, as well as Residential and Commercial moves.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our financial operations. This role will focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and general bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in accounting software, and comfortable handling daily financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Record financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits as needed.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
