JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Coordinator (bilingual required) to join BBT Truck & Trailer Wash. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately completing financial cash flow management and forecasting inclusive of AR, AP, and payroll functions. This role requires a combination of financial knowledge, technical skills, and excellent communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Responsible for developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the services provided by BBT. They will successfully apply their understanding to addressing customer needs, improving customer journeys, and ensuring consistent brand experiences for all BBT entities.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVEABLE
Oversees the computing, classifying, and recording of transactions to ensure the financial records of the company are accurate. Performs routine financial calculations and general ledger duties inclusive of reconciling calculations performed by other employees when directed.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Directly responsible for managing the accounts payable process for the company ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendors and suppliers.

PAYROLL PROCESSING
Manages all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages to employees, and complying with relevant laws and regulations.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit. Provide operational support for the company as required or requested by other appropriate supervisors and/or administrators.

EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED Required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred but not required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role performing like task, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Advanced understanding of QuickBooks required.
