Job Description
Position: Bookkeeper
Reports To: Administrator
Job Summary/Description:
Oversees accounts receivables and payables. Reconciles all invoices as well as banks statements. Provides reports on a monthly basis and as needed. Prepares financial statements.
Education: Proficient in Quickbooks
Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Experience billing claims a plus
Minimum High School Diploma
Essential Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
Strong analytical skills
Strong organizational skills. Must be detail oriented
Computer literate – Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks
Strong interpersonal skills – independent and as part of a team
Be able to multi-task
Physical Demands
Visual and auditory acuity
Sit for long periods
Lite lifting and some overhead reaching and bending
Work Schedule: Part Time, flexible days and hours. 24 hours/week
