GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is on the lookout for experienced BPO Sales Experts to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in business process outsourcing to drive sales and grow our client base. As a BPO Sales Expert, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and closing deals that contribute to our organization's success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Understand client businesses and their operational challenges to effectively present our BPO solutions.
- Conduct in-depth consultations and needs analyses to tailor solutions that meet client expectations.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and service delivery plans that align with client requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in BPO sales or related field, with a strong sales record.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and learn quickly.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
