Global Pacific Support is currently seeking highly motivated BPO Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission basis. As a BPO Sales Representative, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients and selling our business process outsourcing services. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are driven, self-motivated, and excel in a commission-based sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, identify, and reach out to potential clients who may benefit from our BPO services.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our BPO services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing any concerns or issues and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively position our services in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in BPO sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a sales pipeline.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
