As a BPO Sales Representative, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients and selling our business process outsourcing services. Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect, identify, and reach out to potential clients who may benefit from our BPO services.

- Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our BPO services to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing any concerns or issues and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively position our services in the market.
Requirements
- Proven track record in BPO sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
