 Branch Finance Manager Responsibilities:       

• Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
• Manage delinquency & charge-off 
• Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
• Help ensure branch compliance
• Assist with Sales Management as needed

 Branch Finance Manager Requirements:       

• First party collections management
• Sub-prime experience is a plus
• Computer proficiency
• Customer service focus
• Leadership ability

 Branch Finance Manager Work Hours:       

• No Sundays
• 5-day work week schedule
• Work most Saturdays 9-5 with a weekday off
• Up to 45 hours each week
• 9-6 or 11-8 shifts M-F
