Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop branch staff; reinforce company values and expectations
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, systems, and workflows
- Oversee daily operations, production scheduling, and job readiness
- Own branch P&L performance, job costing, labor, and margins
- Support collections and manage AR within company targets
- Assist sales with estimates, pricing, and customer relationships
- Resolve escalated customer issues professionally
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized branch and warehouse
- Track KPIs, hold teams accountable, and escalate risks early
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR
