We have partnered with a large Wireless Services Company in Doral, FL to provide them with a Branch Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Branch Manager:
#1. High School Diploma Required
#2. 3-5 years' experience in Emergency Response line of work, Fire Department, Law Enforcement or Military leadership preferred.
#3. 3-5 years' progressive management responsibilities required.
#4. Experience of resource planning & understanding of budgeting.
#5. Requires strong computer skills. Including creation of various reports & complex spreadsheets. Must be proficient in entire Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Excel & Word. Microsoft Dynamics AX Experience also preferred.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma is required
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in emergency services, such as Fire Department, Law Enforcement, or Military leadership roles, is desirable
- 3-5 years of experience in progressive management roles is required
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure to meet goals
- Experience in resource management and budgeting
- Strong customer-focused mindset
- Background in Radio Frequency (RF) communications is a plus
- Skilled in presenting to small customer groups
Other Key Requirements:
- Onsite role
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check; drug screen and have a valid US Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- No suspensions within the past five years.
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
