Branch Manager Apply
Purpose
Control branch performance across commercial, operational, and administrative functions to meet revenue, margin, utilization, and reliability targets. Drive execution, enforce standards, and remove constraints that limit output.
Core Duties
Commercial KPI Obtainment
Hit assigned revenue, margin, bid volume, close-rate, and backlog targets.
Enforce disciplined pipeline management and CRM accuracy.
Direct outside sales activity by account, territory, and weekly cadence.
Validate pricing strategy, contract compliance, and change-order capture.
Operations KPI Obtainment
Achieve labor-ratio, utilization, availability, down-time, and schedule-completion KPIs.
Oversee Operations Manager performance and hold daily/weekly operating reviews.
Control cost structure through staffing alignment, routing efficiency, and equipment readiness.
Ensure safety compliance, audits, and corrective actions.
Scheduling
Own master schedule for day, night, weekend, and out-of-area work.
Authorize resource movements across crews, units, and projects.
Resolve conflicts, standby exposure, routing inefficiencies, and over-hours risk.
Confirm ticket accuracy, timing, and customer communication.
Continuous Improvement
Build and deploy standardized processes for operations, commercial, admin, and reporting.
Implement KPI dashboards and eliminate data gaps.
Identify chronic constraints and execute permanent fixes.
Drive accountability rhythms: daily tactical, weekly review, monthly performance.
