Branch Manager JOS2029 - CT
Starting Base Salary $90 - 130k

Summary
The Branch Manager is experienced in managing product sales and enterprise marketing.
Experience running a mill is advantageous given that this plant has a whole milling operation.


Responsibilities
- Exhibit the highest standards of morality and respect for others.

- Manage the branch's human resources operations in accordance with corporate rules and standards.

- Reiterate a dedication to putting the needs of both internal and external customers first on a consistent basis.

- Assure that all branch employees receive ongoing training and mentoring to ensure a safe and productive workplace.

- Investigate quality or specification concerns raised by staff or clients.
Create plans that are both strategic and tactical to increase the branch's income and profit.

- Identify and explore opportunities to grow sales through the acquisition of new clients or the expansion of the reach of the product portfolio among current clients.

- Manage and keep an eye on the branch's overall profitability and financial performance.
Aim to minimize damage and other losses when receiving, handling, storing, and delivering merchandise.

- Oversee the branch's day-to-day activities.
To guarantee that the branch continues to function in compliance with the organization's, regulatory, and legal obligations, establish consistent processes, standards, and expectations.


Requirements
- A four-year college degree in a business-related subject, or the equivalent in work experience in sales or operations of at least seven years, and management experience of at least three years.

- Outstanding written and vocal communication skills, including the capacity to communicate persuasively before audiences of clients.

- Knowledge of IT systems and computers.
