Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year. Actively listen for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services. Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Required Skills Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Role Requirements Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Manage scheduling, prepare materials for client meetings, handle correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan. Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
