Branch Operations Manager

he Branch Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the branch, driving success in rental, service, and sales. This role manages and supports key areas including inventory and supply chain, reporting, documentation, compliance, and financial processes—all while ensuring smooth, efficient, and policy-compliant branch performance. Responsibilities Oversee branch rental and sales operations. Deliver excellent customer service and support. Partner with administration to manage branch collections. Ensure all required client documentation is properly completed, distributed, and maintained. Maintain strong knowledge of products and vendors. Provide management updates by reviewing reports, summarizing data, and identifying trends. Supervise branch staff and coordinate staffing needs with HR. Manage inventory, supply chain, and cycle counts to maintain appropriate stock levels. Implement and enforce company policies, goals, and compliance standards. Monitor and uphold branch safety practices. Support crew with loading/unloading trucks, order fulfillment, and equipment staging when needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Previous experience in commercial or industrial equipment rental preferred. 2–3 years of experience leading or supervising a team. 3+ years of experience managing inventory or warehouse operations. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. Experience using ERP systems (Systematic preferred). Must have a valid driver’s license. Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
