Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in All Training Programs: Attend comprehensive training sessions and leverage AT&T’s sales and marketing techniques to foster strong relationships with prospective customers during in-person interactions.
  • Deliver Accurate and Complete Information: Utilize effective sales methods and tools to provide customers with precise, valid, and comprehensive information about AT&T products and services.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Operate independently and collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and corporate sales targets set by AT&T.
  • Uphold Professionalism and Integrity: Represent AT&T and its brand with the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all times, strictly following all company policies and guidelines.
  • Innovate Marketing Strategies: Work closely with team members to create and implement innovative marketing strategies aimed at boosting AT&T brand awareness and surpassing sales goals.
  • Retail Setting Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to effectively work in a retail environment, engaging customers and driving sales.
